Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings made with Book & Flow.
By making a booking with Book & Flow you agree to the following terms. These are the default terms — please ask staff if anything is unclear.
1. Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed once you receive a unique booking code. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payments can be refunded subject to the cancellation policy below.
2. Cancellation & weather
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the start time are eligible for a refund of the balance paid (minus any non-refundable deposit). If we cancel due to unsafe conditions you'll be offered a free rebook or a full refund.
3. Use of equipment
You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by negligence. Equipment must be returned by the end time on your booking. Late returns may incur additional charges at the standard hourly rate.
4. Safety & waiver
By confirming a booking you accept the safety waiver below on behalf of yourself and your party.
