What we collect

When you make a booking we collect your name, email, phone number, party size, and any notes you choose to share. Payment details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your information only to manage your booking, send you confirmations and reminders, and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary with our payment processor (Stripe) and our hosting/email providers. We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for up to 7 years for tax and insurance purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion by emailing us via the contact page.
